Looking for a skilled and friendly medical receptionist/medical assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in a medical office setting. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and maintaining patient records and assisting the provider with rooming patients, taking vital signs and charting in the electronic medical record. We are looking for a medical receptionist/medical assistant who meets the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical Assisting Certification
- Experience in a medical office setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with electronic medical records
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with insurance verification and billing processes
- Demonstrated commitment to patient care and satisfaction
- Must pass criminal background check.
