- Address customer questions and concerns regarding specific products.
- Cross-sell products to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service, especially during peak times.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Stay updated on new products and services.
- Measure and install various branding materials at retailer locations.
- Collaborate with retailers on promotional materials and assignments.
- Communicate directly with retailers to fulfill requirements.
- Interact daily with customers in premier retail locations.
- Attend team and client meetings.
- Track individual and team sales goals on a weekly basis.
- Contribute to growing brand awareness locally to generate new leads.
- Foster lasting relationships with consumers and clients.
