Customer Service Representative at SMART Customer Solutions
We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Acceptable attendance at current and previous work history is mandatory and will be verified. Maintaining attendance while in this position is critical in order to maintain your position with SMART.
Basic job responsibilities include:
- Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Following call center and client “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research each issue and provide solutions
- Strong active listening skills
- Process payments and amounts correctly
- Ability to operate in a fast – pace, multi-tasking environment with deadlines

- Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel and Internet
- Currently we have one shift from 11:30 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday.
- Proven sales and/or customer service success within an inbound call center environment
We offer paid training and a competitive starting wage. After initial 90 day probationary period you are eligible for hourly wage increase that is based on performance and attendance.
