Position Summary:
SMART Customer Solutions, is looking for Inbound Phone Sales Representative for a Wireless Phone Company. If you are professional, kind, caring and enjoy people, this is the job for you! Your job is to help callers understand their Wireless Service and to enroll them in a great cost saving plan . The inbound calls will come from tv & radio ads that talk about the benefits of using our service! This person must enjoy helping people while being patient and tactful. Our wireless provider is a national brand which provides substantial savings! NO hard selling required!
Capabilities/Key Competencies:
- Persistence: must not give up on the first negative response from the potential customer. Persist in informing the customer about the VALUE of our products/services.
- Focus and determination: must focus on sales results during a set period.
- Wireless Product Knowledge: Phone sales rep should understand the available plans. We will teach you all the features & benefits of our product!

Basic job responsibilities include:
- Manage inbound phone inquiries for the purpose of selling phone plans
- Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently.
- Handle all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times.
- Strong active listening skills
- Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of the brand and the products you will be offering.
- Build strong knowledge of products and services offered. Become an EXPERT!
