WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Diagnosing & repairing diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tire inspections and replacements.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve issues accurately.
- Repair or replace components such as turbochargers, fuel systems, and electrical wiring.
- Ensure trucks meet DOT safety and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex repair challenges.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Document all work performed in service records accurately and promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Working in a team-focused, professional shop where your input matters.

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, particularly with diesel engines. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is capable of diagnosing issues and performing necessary repairs to ensure the safety and efficiency of our fleet.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including brake repair and HVAC systems.
- Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Assemble and disassemble components as needed for repairs or replacements.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks as required for various repair jobs.
- Repair or replace shocks, struts, and other suspension components.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used for each vehicle.
- Weld components when necessary to ensure structural integrity of parts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.79 - $31.10 per hour
