Customer Service and Sales Associate Hourly Plus Commission!

Smart Enterprises is looking to add an amazing new sales/customer service person to our team! The Customer Service/Sales Associate acts as the first point of contact for all of our customers. THIS POSITION PAYS COMMISSION ON ALL SALES OF HOT TUBS, SWIM SPAS, COLD PLUNGES, SAUNAS, FIREPLACES, AND STOVES. You are responsible for providing extraordinary customer service by building and maintaining relationships with customers as well as providing prompt and accurate service and responses. This position is invaluable to ensure customer retention and growth through accurate posting of daily work, selling products, handling customer complaints and inquiries, a commitment to diligence when reconciling accounts receivables, and strong organization skills when supporting sales and service. You will be expected to engage customers to determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate merchandise while providing product knowledge and offering additional goods and services. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge in Microsoft office and windows based applications
• Ability to master Quickbooks POS and specialized software system
• Internal drive - we need somebody who knows how to get motivated to do work and sell our products
• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Must be service-oriented and sales minded
• Must have a professional telephone manner with the ability to maintain composure during difficult to solve situations
• Must be resourceful and excel at problem resolution
• CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE A PLUS!

Education and Experience Required:

• High school diploma required
• Two or more years in customer service industry strongly preferred
• Sales experience preferred
