About the job
We are looking for an analyst to join our team and help us drive and deliver successful process and organizational changes in our Operations organization. You will be responsible for coordinating the planning, implementation, and evaluation of change initiatives that support our strategic goals, vision, and values. You will also work closely with project managers and subject matter experts to ensure that the changes are effectively communicated, trained, and engaged with the employees who are affected by them.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct change impact assessments and analysis to identify the needs, risks, and opportunities of key initiatives.
- Develop plans and implement strategies that address the people, process, and technology aspects upcoming changes.
- Create and deliver clear and consistent messages and materials that communicate the vision, benefits, and expectations.
- Develop training and coaching programs that equip the employees with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors to adapt to changes.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness and outcomes of initiatives and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and team members, and act as a trusted advisor and change champion.
