Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP UAT Lead with a strong background in SAP SD/MM functional testing and S/4HANA migration projects. The role involves managing the UAT process, ensuring adherence to testing standards, and guiding client teams throughout the testing lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP UAT processes, including test planning, case creation, execution, and defect resolution.
- Govern, monitor, and report project progress and status.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners, and vendors to ensure seamless end-to-end testing.
- Coordinate SAP testing activities and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects/issues with backend systems.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of experience in SAP testing (SD/MM functional focus).
- Hands-on experience in UAT management and test case development.
- Strong expertise in QA processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Experience in retail or online store environments preferred.
- Knowledge of Quality Center or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- S/4HANA migration project experience.
- PMP certification.
- Experience creating training materials and delivering training sessions.
