- Deliver technical assistance and customer service for Patient Care Programs.
- Three years of customer service experience.
- Two years of clerical duties in data entry and troubleshooting.
- Three years of Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Professional office experience.
- Ability to speak and understand English - Required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent - Required
- 3 years customer service experience in a professional environment - Required
- 2 years of clerical duties in data entry and troubleshooting - Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Required
- Help desk experience - Highly desired
