Key Responsibilities:
- Daily interaction with stakeholders, project team members, and ELECT staff.
- Attendance at virtual and in-person project meetings daily.
- Management of project performance metrics and recording of data in CTP.
- Adherence to requirements of Commonwealth Project Management Standard.
- Coordination with SVRS contractor project management team for all aspects of project performance.
- Work in conjunction with members of the ELECT SVRS project team.
- Facilitate communication between SVRS contractor PM team and ELECT staff.
- Oversee coordination of SVRS project calendar.
- Conduct briefings on SVRS project status to internal and external audiences, including the Interagency Oversight Committee.
- Active Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Documented risk management experience.
- Successful completion of a Category 1 or 2 Commonwealth of Virginia project of ***M or more, or completion of a non-COV project with a value greater than ***M as PM of record.
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarization with the Commonwealth Technology Portfolio highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communications skills, written and verbal.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Completion of a Category 1 or 2 Commonwealth project of ***M or more, or completion of a non-COV project with a value greater than ***M as PM of record - Required
- Experience with Commonwealth Project Management (CPM) methodologies in large-scale projects (greater than *** million and medium to high complexity) - Required
- Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification - Required
- Documented risk management experience - Required
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience - Required
- Review of PM qualification consistent with the *** PMQR and CIO overview - Required
- Familiarization with the Commonwealths Technology Portfolio (CTP) tool, Planview Enterprise One - Highly desired
