ITIL experience:
foundational knowledge and experience following Change Management and Service
Management methodology
Experience with
web applications, basic web design
Working knowledge
of database/data modeling principles for application design
Proficiency
configuring, customizing, and managing Dataverse:
Tables, columns,
keys, and relationships
Forms, views,
search, app site map, charts, and dashboards
Dataflows,
calculated / roll up fields, and business rules
Background
processes, real time workflows, and business process flows
Professional
experience developing in 4 or more of the Power Platform technologies
(specifically: Power Apps - Model Driven, Power Apps - Canvas Apps, Power
Pages, Power Automate - Cloud flows, Power BI - Desktop & Publishing to
Online, Power Query, AI Builder)
General knowledge
of Microsoft Power Platform licensing, the API limits, and throttling
limitations within Power Platform
Experience performing
Solution upgrades between environments, including best practices
Familiarity of
Active Directory and basic security protocols

- Backup and restore, duplicating, and resource management
- SharePoint document management integration
- Expertise exporting/importing Power Pages sites between environments
- Proficiency with scripting languages and formats, such as PowerShell, JavaScript, Liquid Code, Fluent UI, HTML/CSS, JSON, and XML
- UI/UX design
- Familiarity with Azure B2B
