- Answering phones
- Typing
- Strong data entry
- Imputing data into RTC Data Base
- Working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe)
- Handling customer complaints
- 1 year of professional office experience
- Must be bi-lingual
- Strong data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Proofreading/Grammar
- Strong typing skills
