Field Canvasser

Looking for Outgoing, Energetic People to join our team! Paid Training AND $1,000 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment! Base Pay plus Commissions!

Join our Door to Door Canvassing Team and learn the in's and out's of the Solar Industry. MUST BE COMFORTABLE SPEAKING WITH PUBLIC SPEAKING. You will also be taught things like communication skills, leadership skills and have a fun time while doing it! With a lounge area, game area, company outings and more... Smart Green Solar understands that our Canvassers our the FACE of our company and treat them like such! Most our Door to Door Canvassers go on to be a Solar Consultant in 90 days.

Compensation Plan

Earn $750 per week with commissions earned for each appointment set ($50) & for each appointment resulting in a Sale ($150). Average reps are earning $1100-1200 per week while our top 5% are making upwards of $1650 per week! We also have created a path to becoming a Senior Solar Consultant within 90 days (based on performance).

What Your Day Will Look Like

Report to the office by 12pm and enjoy our lounge area/game area before heading out to your assigned turf with your teammates (transportation provided). During your time in the field, you'll be educating homeowners on all the reasons to go Solar while trying to schedule an appointment for one of our Solar Consultants. You will report back to our office at the end of the day along with your team and Van Leader.

$1,000 Sign On Bonus will be paid upon 90 days of active employment. Health, Dental, Vision all available after 60 days of employment. HOURS M-F 12pm-8pm with some Saturdays (based on weather). MUST BE WILLING TO SUBMIT TO A BACKGROUND CHECK.
