The scope of the proposed services will include the following :
Recommend / define the overall application architecture, including the design and implementation of new systems and the evolution of existing system
- Ensure alignment of application systems with the organization's overall technology strategy and business goals;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to define and prioritize application requirements;
- Research and evaluate new technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement;
- Mentor and train development teams on new technologies and best practices;
