Job Description
- Strong 10 years of business development experience in the area of life science and health care with exposure and consultative selling of Clinical Operation and regulatory compliance product and services.
- Should have good exposure and business acumen of Life Science service offerings including digital disruption clinical trials
- Should have Extensive C-level relationships across Health Care & Life Science (HCLS) communities including CRO, Sponsors / Pharma, and sites.
- Should be comfortable in holding solution discussions with C-level executives , HoDs, Functional Leaders, Enterprise Architects, and Technology leaders.
- Understand the requirement well and discuss with the presales team to translate the requirement to build a competitive / robust proposal and solutions for the customer.
- Good understanding of digital solutions in the Healthcare and Life Sciences value chain.
- Should have extensive IT service and solution selling experience to Healthcare and Life Sciences customers (HCLS).
- s an HCLS Industry Specialist should be able to understand the client's business strategy and direction to offer a scalable solution in clinical operation, regulatory compliance, and data management.
- Should be a thought leader with experience developing a Go-to-Market strategy for Life Science solutions and Services to create significant business opportunities for Smart IMS.
- T he incumbent should be able to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges conveying compelling value propositions.
- Should be able to commit a target revenue for the Life Science solution and services
- The incumbent should be able to drive multiple complex initiatives with HCLS customers to transform the technology and processes through Smart IMS solutions and services.
