Description :
Technical writer to develop a policies and procedures manual to document agency's major functions. Will meet with various divisions within agency and log / transcribe policies and procedures for each division; will develop flowcharts and document policies and procedures in a logical sequence; will create graphics and final policies and procedures manual; will revise work in accordance with input from agency staff; and will work under supervision of agency personnel with moderate use of independent judgment.
