Role: M365 Engineer
Location: Hartford, CT - Onsite
Type: Contract
Job Description:
- In depth understanding of Microsoft Graph API, M365 and all its components
- Integration into Azure AD using service principles
- Determination of permissions needed
- Ability to provide code samples in common language like PowerShell, Python, NodeJS, C#,
- Request Fulfilment - identifying reusable patterns, validating use cases and consulting with BU on over 100 M365 requests
- Defining and creating a M365 Application Integration dashboard showing all the different integrations
- Establish M365 Application Integration COE
- Identify BU Champions and confirm roles & responsibilities
- Centralized repository of any information related to M365
- Consultation & Expertise with M365 Integration activities
- Creating and refining an intake model via ServiceNow to funnel all requests with decision matrix
