- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform, applications and flows. Ability to design process flows.
- Understanding of the integrating applications and application-specific knowledge. Understanding of Industry best practices and processes.
- Provides technical leadership and guidance. Assists with technical story writing.
o Implement & unit test capabilities within ServiceNow to not impact existing regulatory compliance reporting.
o Based on the workshop discovery, identify the model categories to be added other than the out-of-box and existing model categories to be setup.
o Analyze up to 3 software publishers and the integration or discovery requirements for the setup.
o Create business capability map
o Foundational setup for APM module, no additional new integrations with external systems
o Define OOB Business Application Configuration
o Configure Business Application Lifecycle leveraging OOB setup
o Enable the definition of Business Capabilities. i.e. Use the business capability mapping to establish a CI relationship between the business capability and the business applications.
o Enable OOB enterprise application reporting highlighting key OOB metrics - 5 reports, 5 dashboards including up to 50 applications
