Compensation :
- Contract Pay Rate : $100 per hour
- Weekly Gross : $4,000 (based on 40 hours)
- Permanent Salary Range : $114,400 - $131,560 per year
- Bonuses : $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (for permanent placement)
- Housing Provided : Up to 6 months
Job Description : Labor & Delivery Director
Responsibilities :
Coordinate daily delivery room schedules, team assignments, and preparation based on staffing levels and case needs.Oversee patient care, ensuring satisfaction for patients, physicians, and staff.Lead and maintain nursing operations, updating policies, enforcing guidelines, and ensuring compliance with hospital regulations.Recruit, train, and manage nursing staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.Foster patient independence and satisfaction by setting care goals, offering support, and addressing service needs.Maintain a safe and compassionate care environment by implementing protocols and monitoring standards.Manage financial objectives, budgets, and maintain inventory of medical equipment and supplies.Support the Magnet Recognition Program and encourage professional development among nursing staff.Assist with direct patient care, including circulating, scrubbing, and being on-call as needed.Requirements :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.Experience : At least 5 years of experience in Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum, with an additional 5 years of leadership experience.Licensure : Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license .Certifications : BLS, ACLS required.Relocation : Must relocate to Grand Junction, CO 81505 before starting work.Compensation & Benefits :
