Role: OnBase Developer
Location: Minneapolis, MN (onsite)
Job Summary:
The OnBase Architect is responsible for designing and implementing document management and workflow solutions using the OnBase platform. They work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, configure OnBase to meet those needs, and ensure the system operates effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand document management and workflow needs, and translate these requirements into OnBase solutions.
- OnBase Configuration: Configure, customize, and optimize the OnBase platform to support document capture, storage, retrieval, and workflow automation.
- System Design: Create technical designs and architecture plans for OnBase solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Integration: Integrate OnBase with other systems and applications, such as ERP, CRM, and databases, to facilitate seamless data exchange.
- User Training: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize OnBase features.
- Maintenance and Support: Monitor and maintain the OnBase system, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular updates and patches.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Security: Implement security measures to protect sensitive documents and data stored in OnBase.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the stability and accuracy of OnBase solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for performance improvements and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Min of 10Yrs of Hands-on experience working on Onbase application.
- Proven experience in designing, configuring, and implementing OnBase solutions.
- OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) and OnBase Certified Advanced System Administrator (OCASA) certifications are preferred.
- Strong understanding of document management and workflow automation concepts.
- Knowledge of data integration and system integration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Project management skills to manage OnBase implementation projects.
