Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 8-10 years of experience in business, systems, and data analysis, specifically within the core banking and payments functions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our business processes and systems through meticulous analysis and the implementation of effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Lead the collection of business and system requirements through stakeholder meetings and end-user engagement.
Documentation: Prepare essential documents such as data mapping, functional specifications, and use case documents (e.g., epics, user stories, etc.).
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in business processes. Develop models and workflows to demonstrate proposed changes.
Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis using SQL queries to address business queries and requirements.
Communication: Effectively communicate project details and concepts across various teams. Facilitate end-user training and documentation.
Testing Coordination: Oversee test case reviews and coordinate testing efforts to ensure alignment with requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience and Skills:
Proficient in technical and functional analysis.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficient with SQL and SQL tools.
Experienced in Agile methodologies and understanding team dynamics, which is essential for collaborative and adaptive project environments.
