Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of various projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Provide technical support for Apple OS X and Windows environments, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Manage remote desktop support to address and resolve user issues promptly.
- Implement and oversee incident management processes to ensure quick resolution and minimal impact on operations.
- Utilize MS Office tools to create reports, presentations, and documentation for project tracking and stakeholder communication.
- Leverage Service Now for efficient ticket management and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with the networking team to ensure robust and secure network infrastructure.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and issue logs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all project activities.
- Provide training and support to team members on technical tools and processes.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure optimal use of company resources.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
