Network Engineer
Kansas City, KS( 5 days onsite)
Fulltime || Contract to Hire
Routing switching , Meraki & SDWAN
Skill Requirement/Responsibility:
Must Have:
- Min 5 yrs experience in operations working on Cisco Switches, Cisco routers
- Experience in configuration of Cisco XE SD-WAN Routers, Cisco Switches, Cisco Routers
- Excellent knowledge in Routing protocols with excellent experience in issue troubleshooting, excellent communication skills,
- Strong knowledge and Hands on experience in configuring BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, PVST , HSRP. GLBP, NAT/PAT
- Coordinate with OEM/3rd party for connectivity and infrastructure issues as needed
- Plan, schedule, and implement network device software/hardware upgrades and migrations
Good To Have:
- Experience in configuration of Cisco ACI, Cisco SD-Access, Cisco WLC/Aps
- Configure and manage F5 load balancers
- Manage, design, and troubleshoot the Infoblox DDI environment with advanced expertise
- Strong knowledge and Hands on experience in configuring IPSEC site to site VPN
- Troubleshoot VPN related issues
- Update network diagrams for documentation of the existing network setup
- Conduct proactive analysis to identify areas of improvement
- Implement advanced log analysis and correlation (like Splunk) to proactively identify and address network issues
- Incident, service catalog, problem, change management for network services
- Good understanding of change and Problem management process,
- CCNA, CCNP in R&S
