Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Process Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Process Mining, Now Assist, Employee Center Pro, Mobile Onboarding, and Best Knowledge Practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct process mining to identify and analyze business processes for optimization.
Assist in the implementation and configuration of Now Assist, Employee Center Pro, and Mobile Onboarding applications.
Develop and document best knowledge practices for the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design process improvements.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
Monitor and report on the performance of implemented processes.
Requirements :
7 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Strong knowledge of Process Mining, Now Assist, Employee Center Pro, Mobile Onboarding, and Best Knowledge Practices.
Proven ability to analyze and improve business processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote or on-site environment.
