Job Description/ Responsibilities
- Seasoned Program Manager responsible for managing concurrent workstreams.
- Responsible for creating project plans and tracking progress
- Responsible for metrics and financial reporting
- Liaison between technical team and client stakeholders
- Responsible for creating C Level presentations for work product readouts/risks/issues/blockers
- Ability to lead a team ServiceNow scripting modules such as Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Business Rules to develop, customize, manage forms and fields.
- Understanding of the ServiceNow platform
