Job Description/Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Sr. Manager Delivery with a strong technical project management background, particularly in the Infrastructure domain and experience with Cloud technology. The candidate will play a key role in managing complex technical projects and ensuring successful delivery.

Required Skills (Mandatory):

• Strong technical project management experience in the Infrastructure domain.
• Experience with Cloud technology.
• Solid understanding of IT operations and ITSM processes (IT Service Management).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively tailor communication to senior leaders and stakeholders in diverse settings.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the successful delivery of technical projects within the Infrastructure and Cloud technology domains.
• Lead project teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, quality, and budget are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans, providing status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster effective communication across all levels of the organization, especially with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with company goals, timelines, and budgets, while driving a culture of efficiency and performance.
• Manage risks and resolve issues that affect the scope, schedule, and quality of projects.
• Guide teams in the application of ITSM processes to ensure proper handling of IT services, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Promote continuous improvement of project management practices, ensuring best practices are followed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical project management in Infrastructure and Cloud domains.
• In-depth knowledge of IT operations and ITSM processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt communication to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple dependencies and competing priorities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Client kit readiness and BGV initiation is required before project commencement.
