Join our passionate team at Smart Kids Child Development Center, where we provide a nurturing and educational environment for children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. We are currently seeking Preschool Teachers, Infant and Toddler Teachers, and Floaters to join our growing team.
Available Positions:
- Preschool Teacher
- Infant & Toddler Teacher
- Floater (Flexible Position Across Classrooms)
Qualifications:
✔ Experience in early childhood education preferred
✔ CDA credential or willingness to obtain within 6 months
✔ CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to complete training)
✔ Passion for working with young children and fostering their development
✔ Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of students.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
- Foster communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
- Provide individualized support to children with special needs, including those with disabilities and autism.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students through CPR and First Aid practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and early childhood education strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.75 - $18.00 per hour
