Position Overview:
The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, support team members, and maintain financial and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Excel, Paychex, and QuickBooks, and demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Process payroll using Paychex and maintain accurate employee records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks.
• Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting.
• Maintain and organize project documentation and billing.
• Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
• Ensure supply inventory and procurement for both office and field operations.
• Provide administrative support to the leadership team.
• Serve as a liaison between field technicians, management, and clients.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and Paychex payroll systems.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in the construction, cabling, or technical industry is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
