Your Purpose as a Billing Specialist:

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with Company guidelines.
• Examine contracts to ensure conformity to specified requirements. 
• Identify and address any discrepancies or non-compliance issues. 
• Review and verify all paperwork and deal jackets in accordance with compliance guidelines. 
• Check deals in the deal queue for errors and rectify them promptly. 
• Verify that all documents are correctly signed and completed. 
• Process paperwork in a timely manner, adhering to set deadlines. 
• Post new and used deals to general ledger including wholesales, used car purchase, and dealer trades. 
• Prepare loan payoffs for trade-in vehicles. 
• Communicate and resolve any issues with the Billing Department Manager and team members at the store level. 
• Post any necessary corrections daily to maintain accurate records. 
• Reconcile Accounting schedules and various General Ledger schedules. 
• Track outstanding deals on a weekly basis. 
• Prepare and file finalized deals. 
• Obtain government forms and submit them monthly 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
• Previous Dealership experience is preferred
• Must maintain confidentiality
• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and obtain excellent customer service skills
