We are seeking employees that will share our commitment to delivering the highest quality care to our pet guests and provide an exceptional client experience every time. Applicants must be very comfortable around animals, especially all dog sizes and be familiar with dog breed temperaments. All candidates must be able to work with various personalities, be flexible with their schedule and must be able to work at least one weekend day and Holidays. Job Duties include but are not limited to: feeding our pet guests, walking dogs, providing playtime and activities, giving medications and maintaining a clean housing environment.

The successful candidate must also possess the following qualifications:

· Be extremely detail oriented

· Ability to take direction

· Ability to work in a fast pace environment

· Ability to multi-task

· Excellent communication and client service skills

· Be extremely dependable

· Troubleshooting skills

· Ability to bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time.

· Ability to lift at least 40lbs.

• Manage the daily flow by assigning tasks (cleaning, feeding, services, baths, etc.) to

Animal Care Associates in an equitable fashion.

• Manage the Digital Whiteboard
• Ensure all daily tasks are completed on time and to company standard.
• Manage Animal Care Associate breaks to ensure they are taken during the scheduled

time.

• Assist in training new and existing Animal Care Associates.
• Assist management in developing and testing new operational systems to increase

efficiency.
