Job Details:
- Type: Locum Tenens
- Shifts: 7a-7p and 7p-7a (single coverage)
- No. of shifts: 10 (combination of shift times)
- Total need: Minimum of 120 days
Requirements:
- Specialty: Emergency Medicine required
- Hospital Bed: 25 beds
- ED Fast Track Bed Size: 8 beds
- ED Volume: 10,000 patients per year
- Trauma Level Designation: Level 4
- EMR Charting: EPIC
- Patient Admission: 6.78% rate
- ED Patients per shift: 5 patients
Qualifications:
- EM Boarded not required; significant EM experience necessary
- Training in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Surgery
- Must obtain & maintain current ATLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS & PALS certifications required for non EM boarded physicians
