Requirements:

- Hold Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology from a recognized institution. ">
- Possess an active Illinois medical license. ">
- Be MQSA certified. ">
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including one week per month. ">
