Description
The Service Writer will report to the Repair Branch Manager and prepare detailed estimates for customers in need of repairs for their residential and commercial pools. This individual will be responsible for client communication and satisfaction while following their projects through closing the sale.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with other managers, administrators, and Repair Branch Manager to coordinate Repair Estimates.
- Follow incoming leads to ensure timely and professional customer service
- Contact customers to assess need and provide a competitive estimate for their swimming pool repairs
- Utilize clear communication and continuously evaluate / adjust estimates throughout the project lifecycle to ensure proper timeline and costs
- Responsible for providing detailed information in the estimate for purchasing, project management, budget items, and material choices
- Performs other operational duties as assigned.
