Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. We are a property management company in polk county and manage over 400 rental homes. This position is for Junk and trash removal from vacant properties, property preservation and clean up, demolition and prep the properties for maintenance and other general labor duties.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow directions accurately while working independently when necessary.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- This is a 1099 position
