Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings.
• Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
• Stay informed about local real estate trends and market conditions.
• Manage property listings and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations throughout all transactions.
• Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties effectively.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with property management practices is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for clients’ best interests.
• Knowledge of real estate administrative processes is beneficial.
