e are seeking a versatile CNC Machine Operator and Manual Machine Operator for a hybrid role that involves both CNC programming and manual machining tasks. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating, programming, and setting up CNC machines, as well as proficient in manual machining processes. You will play a key role in producing high-quality components while adapting to various machining needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate both CNC and manual machines according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Program CNC machines using G-code and other programming languages as needed.
- Perform manual machining tasks, ensuring precision and quality in all components produced.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and consistency of products.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on both CNC and manual machines.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance processes and product quality.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures and regulations.
- Keep accurate records of production data, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
