DC Inside Sales Consultant for Luxury PowerGazebos and PowerPatios
Join our dynamic team with innovative outdoor living solutions! We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Consultant to drive sales of our luxury PowerGazebo and PowerPatio products. As a D2C (Direct-to- Consumer) specialist, you will engage with warm leads, guide them through the sales process, and help them transform their outdoor spaces into luxurious retreats.
Responsibilities
- Consult with Qualified Leads: Connect with pre-qualified leads who have expressed interest in our products
- Educate and Inspire: Showcase the unique features, benefits, and customization options of our PowerGazebos and PowerPatios.
- Tailor Solutions: Understand customers needs and preferences to recommend the perfect products for their outdoor living spaces.
- Drive Sales: Confidently guide customers through the sales process, from initial consultation to closing the deal.
- Build Relationships: Establish rapport with customers, fostering trust and long-term brand loyalty.
Skills
- Proven Sales Success: 3 years of experience in inside sales, ideally in home improvement or luxury goods.
- Passion for Outdoor Living: Genuine enthusiasm for creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and persuade customers.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to build rapport, actively listen, and address customer concerns.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems and virtual sales tools.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
