Job Description
We are seeking someone with small package and freight experience to execute all outbound shipping activity, including small package, freight, and Hazmat; based on customer deadlines. Seeking someone who will be a subject matter expert on customer, domestic, and international compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Execute all outbound shipping activity, including small package, freight, and Hazmat
- Be the subject matter expert on customer, domestic, and international compliance requirements
- Communicating all delays / shortages with the Inside Sales team
- Ensuring finished goods are physically and systematically shipped out as scheduled
- Redirect and execute Coastline purchase orders across the Mexico / USA border
- Become fully forklift trained and certified
- Complete FedEx Hazmat certification and ship FedEx Hazmat orders independently
- Complete IATA certification for Class 9 Dangerous Goods
