Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months Contract
Pay Rate: $60/hr W2 or $65/hr C2C/ 1099
Note: Contract -to begin-C2hire Location 4 days in office (M-Th), WFH Friday. No exceptions. Primary location San Francisco, CA Open to considering a candidate if they will do SF for 3 days with the 4th day to San Jose office: 1980 Zanker Rd, San Jose, CA 95112
Job Description
As a Loyalty Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of customer loyalty programs within a business.
You will focus on initiatives that increase customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value. Duties/Day to Day Overview
- Program Design and Enhancement: Creating and improving loyalty programs, including rewards systems, points, tiers, and incentives.
- Market Research and Analysis: Studying market trends, competitor programs, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with sales, marketing, customer service, and technology teams to align loyalty initiatives with overall business goals.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitoring program performance, analyzing data, and making adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
- Customer Insights and Feedback: Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences, and to improve the loyalty program experience.
- Budget Management: Managing the budget allocated for loyalty programs and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
