Senior ServiceNow Program Manager
Location: Hybrid in Hanover, MD
Clearance: Active DOD security clearance required
Salary: $170k-$180k/annum benefits
- Tools: ServiceNow PPM, MS Project; responsible for project planning, tracking, and delivery
- Lead complex projects, align with agency goals, guide junior staff, interface with government PMs, and deliver POAMs, risk registers, and reports
- Skills: Strong ServiceNow PPM expertise (Demand, Project, Resource, Time Cards), Flow Designer, JavaScript/GlideScript, REST/SOAP APIs, dashboard configuration
- Requirements: PMP certification, bachelor s degree, 5 years in project operations
- familiarity with DOD adjudication and clearance processes
