Our company has been staffing the New Home Sales Industry since 1996 and is looking to expand our services into other industries. We are open to staffing in industries like warehousing, distribution, apartment leasing, clerical, administration, HOA's, lending, Escrow, etc. We're searching for an Area Sales Manager / Business Developer who will build and execute a business plan designed to bring in new clients. This person will also be charged with creating new sales material, policies, and procedures to support this new line of business. The right candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This is a strategic role that requires a combination of sales expertise, marketing knowledge, and management skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Establish a plan to grow and retain newly developed clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build trust and credibility amongst clients / prospects, candidates, and colleagues through strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as HubSpot, to track sales activities and manage client interactions.
