Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times in a fun and engaging environment.
- Plan and implement creative, age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Provide individualized care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed.
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to effectively guide and support children’s behavior.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Build strong relationships with parents by communicating regularly about their child’s progress and any concerns.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of child development.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in child care settings such as daycare centers or preschools is preferred.
- Strong skills in toddler care, infant care, behavior management, and general caregiving.
- Familiarity with first aid procedures is a plus.
- Experience in nannying or working with children in various capacities is beneficial.
- A passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing, engaging environment is essential!
