- Develop and maintain relationships with leads through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads.
- Coordinate appointments based on client needs and preferences while maintaining professionalism.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technology advancements to effectively communicate value propositions.
Experience
- No prior appointment scheduling experience required; training provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
