Hours : 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST, Monday through Friday

Cambridge Immigration Law is a reputable immigration law firm providing expert legal guidance to clients navigating their immigration journey. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Intake Attorney to join our team. This role combines legal knowledge with strong sales and communication skills, offering the opportunity to significantly impact our firm’s growth while helping individuals access critical immigration services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Acquisition : Sell immigration services to prospective clients and actively work to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, offering support and understanding throughout their immigration journey.
  • Sales & Service : Utilize strong sales techniques to promote the firm’s services and ensure client satisfaction, understanding their goals and needs.
  • Legal Knowledge Application : Quickly learn and apply immigration law knowledge to inform prospective clients of available services and guide them in their decision-making.
  • CRM Management : Accurately maintain client records, track leads, and manage client relationships using the firm’s CRM software.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the legal team to ensure a seamless and positive client experience from initial contact through the entire intake process.

Qualifications :

  • Licensure : Attorney licensed in any U.S. state.
  • Sales Skills : Strong sales skills and a dynamic personality that excels in client interactions and sales conversations.
  • Immigration Law Knowledge : Some knowledge of immigration law is beneficial, but we’re open to training the right candidate who is eager to learn.
  • Fluency : Fully fluent in English, with fluency in a second language (Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, or Mandarin preferred).
  • Location : Must be based in the Boston, MA area.
  • Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on client retention and meeting targets.
  • Strong Communication Skills : Active listening skills, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to build rapport with diverse clients.
