Legal intake Specialist

As a legal intake Specialist at Clear Horizon Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role involves gathering essential case details, managing client communications, and ensuring the smooth intake process for our legal team. You will work closely with our inmigration and debt relief teams, providing empathic, accurate and timely assistance.

Responsabilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from potential clients, providing a friendly, empathic and professional first impression.
• Conduct initial screening of potential clients to determine the nature of their legal issues and their fit for our firm.
• Sell qualified candidates on a consultation.
• Gather and accurately record detailed and confidential information in client relationship management (CRM) system
• Schedule consultations between potential clients and the client engagement team.
• Follow up with potential clients as needed to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and a high degree of empathy, emotional IQ
• Proficiency using CRM software and other office management tools
• Customer service and/or sales experience.
• Cpacity to work independently and as part of a teamin a fast-paced enviroment
• Previous legal experience is a plus
• Previous inside sales experience is a plus.

Compensation:

• 7 USD/Hour
