- 5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Microsoft DevOps.
- Experience in data migration and COTS product configuration / customization.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and documenting business / technical requirements.
- Experience with project management principles, particularly the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
