What are the responsibilities and job description for the Government Program Project Manager position at SMART TECH SKILLS LLC?

Job Description

Requirements :

8 or more years of experience with large-scale (MIRP) state government projects.
Proficiency in managing multi-phase technology projects from initiation to completion.
Experience in risk management, stakeholder communication, and project governance.
Experience with budget planning, forecasting, and financial tracking for large programs.
Experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation for government projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the TCT Enhancement project through its transition to Phase III.

Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and government stakeholders.

Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

Provide regular status reports and updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Maintain project documentation and enforce best practices in project management.
