Requirements :
- 5 or more years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), IT Security, or a related field.
- Track record working in a managerial or lead role within IAM or cybersecurity.
- Proficiency with IAM platforms, tools, and user provisioning / deprovisioning.
- Experience managing and implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies.
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for IAM requests.
- Expertise in compliance, risk, and security standards related to IAM.
- Preferred certifications : CISSP, CISM, CIAM, or other relevant IAM / security certifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
