Requirements :

  • 8 or more years of experience in Salesforce strategy, administration, or consultancy
  • Proficiency in developing and executing comprehensive Salesforce business strategies
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
  • Experience in leading teams to achieve business goals and manage risks
  • Experience in assessing and optimizing existing Salesforce implementations
  • Experience in Salesforce best practices, documentation, and user training
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute Salesforce strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify business needs and implement Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct assessments of current Salesforce implementations and drive optimizations.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to teams, managing risks and achieving goals.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and recommend new tools and features.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce documentation, including workflows and configurations.
  • Train and support users to enhance Salesforce adoption and functionality understanding.
