Senion Business Analyst - Onsite

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring in business analysis roles.
• Familiarity with the SDLC and methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
• Skilled in creating detailed functional requirements and documentation.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide requirements gathering and documentation processes.
• Ensure business requirements documents are clear, accurate, and follow standards.
• Conduct thorough analysis and validation of requirements.
• Coordinate and confirm that end-to-end business processes are effective.
• Maintain and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the prioritization and negotiation of requirements with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project sponsors to define and document project goals and scope.
